Holy crap, it’s 2016!
2015 was a huge year for me musically and personally. After the breakup of Analog Apostles, I finally decided to take a break from being in a band and focus on my own material. I had been demoing material for my label Bad Apple Records for several months. In April I headed to Bowling Green to track my debut EP “Artifacts”. Since its release in September, I got to play a handful of acoustic gigs with old friends and new. I’m starting to become the awkward guy with the guitar opening rap shows, which is just as weird and great as expected. I’m very thankful that I still have the opportunity to make music amidst my life as a dad and business owner.
In 2016, I’m looking forward to a ton of shows (three in January alone) and some new merch that I’m working on. Biggest of all, I’m hoping to start production on my 2nd EP Always Alive by the end of the year. This will be a full band record a little on the pop punk side – something to get hype about! Start off 2016 right and folk out with me this month in Lexington, Frankfort, and Evansville!
